Reiki Attunements - Realize Your True Potential for Growth!

Reiki attunements are meditative ceremonies which tune the student’s body, mind and spirit to the frequencies of the Reiki energy transmitted to a student by a Reiki Master.

The attunement process opens:

After a Reiki attunement, the possibilities for the growth, realization and development of your true self are unlimited. With each attunement, your channels expand even more, allowing for deeper connections with positive life force energy. When your channels are wide and unblocked, it allows you to expel negative elements more effectively. The more you release, the more free you are!

Your energy channels are opened and cleansed in the attunement process so that they may be pure channels to transmit the energy. The Reiki attunement can start a cleansing process that can cause physical detoxification, challenging the physical body as well as the mind and emotions. Toxins that have been stored in the body for many years may be released. Old emotional patterns may resurface, especially if they no longer serve you. This can be challenging, especially as the cleansing process deepens with each attunement. It is not always easy for us to expel our attachments, even if we have forgotten them for years. They demand our attention as they are released during the attunement process.

After an attunement, there is a 21-day cleansing cycle that consists of three, 7-chakra cycles. On each of the 7 days of the week, positive life force energy moves up from the root chakra to the sacral chakra, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. On the eighth day, the healing energy re-focuses on the root chakra and the cycle begins anew. Many people have reported going through a lot of emotional processing for up to 21 days after an attunement, and I myself have experienced this as well. Emotions map back to the body and are often expressed in physical manifestations on their way out. Water helps restore your cells and body tissues so that little harm is caused. However, any severe or persistent, unusual pain should be referred to an appropriate medical professional.

It helps to remember that the release of toxins and old emotional baggage might cause you to feel worse for a small time before you feel better.

This is can be a time of “growing pains” but, once you have received the 4th Attunement in your Reiki 1 Workshop, your energy channels receiving positive life force energy will be sealed open for the rest of your life. You will have the gift to heal all that you intend on. Life is absolutely amazing being attuned to the higher frequencies of heath, love and joy!
